Valiant Training Terms and Conditions:
This document is to ensure accountability and the responsibilities between both parties for any products/services purchased through Valiant Training Health & Fitness Company. This document must be completed before training is eligible for beginning.
1. Member Commitment:
This document entitles that the client is held accountable for attending all scheduled sessions, classes, or consultations that may be booked by request. The member will also be committed to their payment method of their choosing from the options listed in Section 2 in order to ensure compensation for services provided. The trainer is committed to programming customized workouts and nutrition tracking, as well as lifestyle and recovery coaching to the client in order to provide the best experience possible toward the client’s journey for his/her results.
2. Payment Methods:
The client has options between different products/services to purchase from Valiant Training Health & Fitness Company. The programming options are 4 week, 8 week, or 12 week packages; and these package can be paid monthly on the first Friday of every month, or bi-weekly on every other Friday of each month. Client is responsible for choosing their payment option at checkout and is responsible for on-time payments. If payment invoice is late/declined, client must give notice at least 48 hours in advance for valid reasoning or may be subject to legal consequences. Valiant Training Company will consult on whether reasoning for late/declined payments are just and valid within reason.
Ebooks, meal prep guides, and private training sessions/consultations/group fitness classes may be purchased individually and scheduled with the trainer upon request when purchased. Rescheduling sessions must be made by the client giving at least 24 hour notice before the beginning of the scheduled session, or the session payment may be forfeited to Valiant Training Company. Discussion between the client and trainer may be conducted in order for trainer to utilize his/her discretion if any payment inefficiencies are made.
3. Client Consent/PAR-Q:
Client agrees to complete the Client Intake Form prior to training in order to provide appropriate information on the background and physical/mental health preparedness of said client, so that the trainer may provide appropriate custom programming towards the client’s path for results in a safe manner. If the client answers yes to 2 or more questions on the PAR-Q form, the trainer will discuss with the client as to the reasoning for each response and to use his/her discretion on if a physician’s approval must be met prior to training to ensure the client is healthy to begin training.
4. Liability Waiver:
As an online training platform, Valiant Training Company is not liable for any injuries or physical bodily inefficiencies that occur during the client’s training program. The client may consult with a physician to gather any further information on an injury to determine what type of health and fitness regiment should be conducted in compliance with the custom programming for the client to provide a safe and effective training program.
5. Refund Policy:
If payment is not up to standard by Valiant Training Company’s behalf, the client may choose between a refund for any optional sessions paid for that fall under the improper invoice charge, or to receive additional free sessions to balance out the inefficiencies. Ebooks and meal prep guides are non-refundable one-time payments. The client has 24 hours after sign-up for programming to cancel their subscription and receive a refund, otherwise they are held accountable to complete the program that he/she has enrolled in.
a. Session Accountability:
If the client pays for an individual private session or group fitness class enrollment, in the event that he/she can no longer attend, the client must provide 24 hour notice in order to reschedule the session free of charge, otherwise the session is forfeited to Valiant Training Company. Discretion by the trainer when discussing any rescheduling within 24 hours of the event may also award the client a rescheduled session free of charge if it is deemed a valid reason for rescheduling/cancellation within the 24 hours.
6. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation of subscription or monthly payments must be made at least 5 business days in advance in order to avoid any additional charges. If additional charges occur after the client has given proper notice, a full refund of those charges will be awarded to the client.
